Get Social Scholarship

Each time EducationQuest reaches specific follower milestones on our social media pages, we’ll invite current and new followers to enter into a drawing for a $500 scholarship. We’ll conduct a:

  • Facebook drawing when we hit 11,750 followers
  • X drawing when we hit 5,000 followers
  • Instagram drawing when we hit 2,750 followers
  • YouTube drawing when we hit 1,250 followers

EducationQuest will continue to award $500 Get Social Scholarships each time we reach an additional 250 followers on each platform.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible, a student must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Be a Nebraska resident.
  • Be currently enrolled in grades 9-12.
  • Complete an entry form within 72 hours of the award being announced on social media.

How the Scholarship is Awarded

EducationQuest will deposit the $500 scholarship into the winner’s NEST 529 College Savings Plan or some other 529 college savings plan account. If you win and do not have a 529 account, you will need to set one up.
